If your existing product database includes that information in separate data fields, ensure the complete data set is provided together.
Description
Well written and concise descriptions that answer shoppers’ questions, before they think to ask, optimize the online shopping experience. They lead to both faster conversions and minimized contact with your customer service team. Ensure your descriptions contain all of the relevant information required, specific to your product category, to complete a conversion.

Product Specifications & Features
A grammatically correct and clear list of all relevant specifications necessary for a consumer to make an informed decision, and to fully understand how to use and enjoy the benefit of the product.
Dot point lists outlining relevant product specifications must be included. Specifications to include (and are not limited to):
• Physical Specifications: Dimensions, Weight, Material & Color
• Compatibility: Attachment sizing, compatible brands & products, if applicable
• Technical Specifications: All relevant features and capabilities
• Regulatory Attributes (Mandatory): Certifications, Regulatory Ratings, Professional Installation Required, Age Classification/Requirements, Other Regulatory Considerations & Requirements, if applicable.
• Relevant Exclusions: Additional items needed to enjoy the product
• User Guidance: Assembly Required, Age Suitability, Usage Instructions (if not obvious)

Accepted HTML tags (eg: bold & lists) are converted to markdown & the remainder stripped from description data upon upload into tools.com
